Pictured Projects ("the app") is a job-site photo documentation tool. This policy explains what information the app accesses and how it is used. The app is designed to keep your project data on your device - it does not operate a server and does not sell or share your photos or project data with third parties.
The app requests camera access so you can capture job-site photos directly within the app, and access to your photo gallery so you can import existing photos. Photos you capture or import are stored locally on your device. They are only transmitted off your device when you explicitly choose to export, back up, or share them yourself (for example, using the app's export or share features).
The app requests precise and approximate location access so it can tag photos with GPS coordinates and display them on a map, and so it can associate photos with the correct job site. Location data is stored locally with your photo data and is not transmitted anywhere unless you export or share that data yourself.
The free version of the app displays banner advertisements served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, and may use this information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Where required by law (such as under GDPR), the app will request your consent before showing personalized ads. You can remove ads entirely with a one-time in-app purchase, after which no advertising SDKs will request ads or serve them.
The "Remove Ads" purchase is processed through Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status information necessary to validate and restore your purchase; it does not receive your photos or project data. All project data, photos, and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage permanently deletes this data unless you have exported a backup beforehand. The app does not maintain user accounts or a remote copy of your data.
We do not sell your personal information or photos to any third party.
